EL PRESIDENTE 100

Hello!

 We are now renting out our newly renovated apartment located in the established and luxurious
El Presidente community (Urbanization). El Presidente is located in the Estepona region and just
outside the charming city of San Pedro de Alcantara between Marbella and Estepona city. Our
family bought the apartment during the summer of 2017 having fallen in love with the region and
especially this quiet and friendly community with 5 pools (where one is heated during the whole
year), beautiful architecture, well maintained gardens and lawns and only a short walking

distance to the beach.

The community has 24 hours surveillance and patrolling so we always feel very secure.
The location is also perfect whether you want to go shopping in any of the nearby cities, go
golfing (more than 30 courses within short driving distance) or go skiing in Sierra Nevada (two

and a half hours drive). It takes less than 40 minutes to the airport.

The apartment is on the ground floor, featuring 150 square meters of indoor
space and 50 square meters patio and garden area. There are a total of 6 beds in 3 bedrooms a
large and cozy living room and a brand new kitchen. Since we love to cook, the kitchen is equipped
with a large induction stove, double hot air ovens where one is also a microwave oven and all the
appliances needed to cook for large family gatherings.
We have furnished the apartment so that it gives a warm and friendly impression making us feel
”at home” in it. This is also the feeling that we want all our guests to have when staying in our
apartment!
